Could not be more pleased with the replacement of 300 feet of hurricane damaged fence.Blake Pender, the owner was on site for the quote within a day or so of the the initial call. He was very courteous and sensitive to our needs and desires. He maintained frequent contact before the scheduled job which was completed on schedule and within the promised time frame. The crew, headed by Andre, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They were happy to answer questions and were well organized. Blake was very reponsive to phone calls and text messages. I received frequent text message reminders of the schedule and expected times of arrival by the crew. Despite all of the postive attributes, Blake's quote was very competitive. Blake went over and beyond pressure washing our driveway and patio. We had these really stubborn chinaberry tree stains and he was able to get them out. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are in the Summerville area and looking for a great company I highly recommend Pender Pro Wash.

Blake Pender is an outstanding vendor. He is most efficient providing services. He was on time for his first visit to review work requirements. He explained exactly how he would stain the fence and explained options for materials. He scheduled a date out 4 weeks to ensure wood was sufficiently dried to accept stain. Once we decided color, he picked up materials from Sherman Williams. His software kept me informed of scheduling and provided me precise timing for his arrival. I had all ground work cleared for his staining. His billing system provided me with all receipts for my household records. He offered a return visit for any fencing the had incomplete staining. We are totally satisfied that he completed all work within schedule.

What a wonderful Company this is. We had fence damage from Hurricane Helene and like so many of our neighbors' we needed to get our fence repaired. We called several local business but not many even showed up. They came around 8:30 am and were done around 12:30 They cleaned up all of there mess and removed all the old fencing. Very polite. Blake was and is a God send. Not only did he repair my fence, he quoted me a price that was to good to be true, then to make matters worst he had the nerve to come 1/2hr earlier than he said he would 😃, I thought I was dreaming, and then he completed the task in under 2 hours. I still don't know how Blake found me and and frankly, I don't care. I do know I called, emailed, and texted so many contractors for a simple repair, but everybody was telling me they could only replace the whole fence, which would have cost between 7,000-10,000$, they refused to do the simple repairs. We were at a loss until Blake contacted us. When I told my husband what Blake quoted us and about his own situation he did a little research and concluded Blake was right on target with the cost, supplies and his time for what he quoted us, he said "pay that man his money" lol.😁 I have since shared Blake's name with anyone who will listen. Finding Blake was like finding an honest Mechanic or even a good Barber. Once you get one, you NEVER let them go. I'll try to add the finish product once the staining is done. But for now, you can see the damage to the fence and the initial repairs. Blake was able to fix just my side of the fence, so I did not have to wait for my neighbors to get my fence repaired. He did not use supplies he didn't need, nor did he overcharge us. If he was able to reuse undamaged boards, he did, and he only replaced what actually needed to be replaced, not costing us anything extra. Any other loose boards he found he went thru and applied fresh nails and made it more secure for no additional cost, just good business practice and an act of kindness. And because of that, he will be who I call when I actually have to repair the whole fence. Blake was kind, easy to talk to, and understood what it means to support a family. I would only ask Pender Pro Wash to expand the company to include roof work, painting, and all home repairs/upgrades. If yall do, while remaining this honest, I'll have yall rebuild me a new house from the inside out, lol.

Had stubborn stains on my brick and stucco that one of the bigger companies in town couldn't touch. Pender Pro came out and took care of everything with a soft pressure wash. The stains are completely gone. The crew is dependable, professional, and seem to really know that they're doing. Highly recommend!

Blake and his team tore the existing fence across my backyard this morning and replaced it. This is one of the most efficient jobs I’ve seen. My wife is sometimes, well, not sometimes all the time, hard to please, but she was very happy with the work Blake did installing our new fence. Oh my gosh, I don’t normally do Google reviews. I take it very seriously when you’re referring and making a recommendation for someone to work at your home. In this case, I am making an exception because Blake was very professional and spent the time telling me exactly what my contract was stating when we first met. From the removal of the old fence, the disposal of that fence, and a detailed explanation of the depth of what the holes were going to be for the post and cement. Two installers showed up at 9 am this morning and did 75 feet of fencing in one day. I was shocked there was a lot of fencing to be removed. A lot of debris on the ground and new holes that had to be dug for all the post. It’s was wet and cold today so they will come back when the wood has a chance that thoroughly try out to stain it. Mr. Pender did an awesome job cleaning out gutters and clogged downspouts, pressure washing concrete patio, deck, front quarry tile porch, lower level brick and upper level vinyl siding. All trim shines like nearly new. Great job, easy to deal with, and very customer oriented. If you're in the need of house washing, gutter cleaning, and even leaf guard installation, you would do well to give Pender Pro Wash a call! Will definitely use again.

Pender Pro assembled a 10x12 foot storage shed for me. They constructed a crushed gravel foundation and then assembled the hundreds of parts of the kit I purchased from Amazon. The kit even had a moisture resistant floor. Only a small percentage of shed kits have a floor as part of the kit. The workmen showed up on time in the morning and worked relentlessly until completion. The shed looks great! I highly recommend this company for shed kit construction.

The wider double gate would not have been able to swing out due to obstructions and ground not being level. So Smitty the gate wizard, built it to swing in. Of the four quotes I got for a custom wood fence, Pender Pro took the most attention to detail and asked the right questions, especially considering I needed a drive-thru gate on a sloped part of the yard which caused some complications. We chose them because they listened to what I wanted and we knew they would continue to partner with me on every detail, and they came through. The fence is beautiful, they came up with a great solution for the slope, and they were timely and communicative throughout. The project was done in a good amount of time and with the highest quality materials, and they did not nickel and dime me when we made some adjustments to the plan (the price was the same from beginning to end). Like many in the area we lost sections of our fence due to Helene, while my dogs loved the extra space we did not! I found Pender Pro Wash online under a recommendation and reached out. I reached out to 5 different companies at the same time and Blake was the only to respond and tell me how busy he was but he would fit me in as soon as he could. I only waited a couple of days until he contacted me to set up an estimate. He was very professional and detailed in what was involved and gave us a quote. A couple weeks later Pender Pro Wash replaced our back fence and gate, they looked great. unfortunately, I have little dogs and they dug under my new fence to enjoy their extended yard. I contacted Blake and he and his team were over the next day and closed any gaps on the bottom my little escape artists could get out. I was so pleased my babies were safe. A big wind storm hit and my new gate kept blowing open, again I called Blake and again he came and fixed the problem.
