Quality vinyl (what we install) is UV- and impact-rated and handles our Georgia winters without cracking or yellowing.
Garden hose + soft brush handles 95% of it. A yearly pressure-wash (low pressure) keeps it factory-white.
Up-front it's more, but with no stain, paint, or picket replacements needed, it usually costs less over 10 years.
Most of our vinyl is white, tan, or gray. We can also order matte black or custom colors if your HOA requires it.
