Why Homeowners Choose It

Fence Line Clearing Benefits

Site Prep for a New Fence

We clear the line so your install goes in straight, fast, and right the first time.

Reclaim Overgrown Land

Years of kudzu, briars, and saplings handled in a single day with the right equipment.

Bobcat® M-100 Power

We bring the heavy steel — a brush cutter that eats through 3" saplings without flinching.

Mulched on the Spot

No haul-off pile. Brush is cut and mulched in place so the line is ready for posts.

The Pender Pro Difference

The Right Machine for the Job

Hand-clearing a brushy property line takes a crew a week. Our Bobcat M-100 brush cutter does it in a day — cutting saplings, vines, and undergrowth down to ground level and mulching the debris into the soil as it goes. The result is a clean, level line you can stand on, walk down, and drop fence posts into without fighting a single root.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fence Line Clearing — Common Questions

How much does fence line clearing cost?
It depends on how much you're clearing — linear footage, density of the brush, and how much can be done in one pass. We do free on-site estimates. If you're booking the clearing as prep for a fence we're installing, we usually fold the two quotes together so you only pay for what you actually need.
Do I need to clear the line before you install my fence?
No — we'll quote the clearing and the fence install together if it's needed. We'd rather do the clearing ourselves than show up to a brushy line that adds half a day to your install.
Can you clear without installing a fence?
Yes. Plenty of customers just want their property back from the overgrowth. We're happy to bring the Bobcat out for clearing-only jobs across Evans, Augusta, Harlem, and Aiken.
Can the Bobcat reach my backyard?
Our compact track loader fits through a standard 4-foot gate. As long as we have a path in, we can get to the line. If access is tight, we'll walk it on the estimate and tell you straight.
What size brush can you cut?
Our brush cutter handles everything from thick weeds up through small saplings and tree limbs roughly 3 inches in diameter. Anything bigger we'll flag on the estimate and recommend the right approach.
